Kyoto protocol

Kyoto Protocol is one of the first international treaty made for setting down the legally binding target for cutting the emission of green house gas which took effict only on 2005 though it was signed in 1997. Kyoto set down the commitments for the industrialised economies to reduce all the emission of green house gas by five percent at least by 2008 to 2012 the timeframe compared to 1990. The poor countries don't have vinding emission targets.Us abandoned Keyto as it bind only industrialised countries which are nt emerging in giant amount like Chin, Brazil and India.
